Chicken salad (with chicken from a can) on a toasted asiago bagel.
I used to make that sandwich when I worked at an internet cafe in Honolulu. Initially employees were allowed to eat whatever we wanted during our shifts, but eventually (and inexplicably) the policy changed. We made so little money from that job, that eating the food was the biggest perk, and we continued to do so in secret. I think that both the bagel and the canned chicken came from Costco, or a similar place. But the combination was so good. I would make that sandwich as it it were for a customer order, and then crouch in the corner (where the security cameras couldn’t see me) and gobble it up. Mmm, contrabandwich.
